Following a book or method that isn’t tailored for YOUR baby and then doing it alone can be a stressful and anxiety filled experience. Are you doing it right? Will this even work or am I putting in all this effort for nothing? Your baby can pick up this anxious energy from you when you put them down to sleep. With our Sleep Training Program, you are never alone. We help ensure you are passing confidence and positivity to your baby, not uneasiness and insecurity.
- CHANGE YOUR SLEEP ROUTINES
You have probably spent dozen of hours holding and rocking your baby to sleep, replacing the pacifier when it falls out, or slowly placing your baby down hoping and praying they don’t wake up the second you leave the room.
